Seeking an Adult Neurologist for a unique opportunity to join an established Neurology practice with the Fond du Lac Regional Clinic.
Fond du Lac Regional Clinic is a physician-owned and governed, multi-specialty group affiliated with SSM Health through a professional service agreement. We are looking to welcome a talented Neurologist to join our esteemed and respected practice. This position is primarily outpatient-focused, though it also includes inpatient consults.

Opportunity Details:
Subspecialty interests are welcomed and can be pursued in partnership with general neurology
Excellent quality of life practice offering a four-day work week
Call will be shared equally at 1:3 with the assistance of Tele-stroke services
Established hospitalist service in place to care for patients
Practice includes outreach opportunities
Competitive compensation and benefits package offered, including sign-on payment
Shareholder status potential after year one
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: MD or DO from an accredited institution
Residency: Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited neurology residency training program
