We are now expanding into new areas and we have exciting plans that will create new opportunities for experienced and talented Therapists.

We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic Physiotherapists who enjoy providing therapy intervention in the community. Supporting people of all ages living with a disability, you will work collaboratively within a passionate and supportive team to set goals, develop comprehensive therapy plans and provide a range of Physiotherapy services to our customers and their support network.

The opportunity:

  • Providing physiotherapy to customers within clinical, school and community settings;
  • Managing a caseload that includes customers with a range of complex needs;
  • Working closely with schools within the catchment area to develop children’s independence;
  • Conducting assessments, prescribing assistive technologies and teaching customers and their support team, on the effective utilisation of technology; and
  • Ongoing evaluation and review of customer progress in line with their goals.

About you:

  • At least 3 years post graduate experience, ideally gained within the Disability sector;
  • A solid understanding of, or an interest in, assistive technologies;
  • Familiarity with Autism Spectrum Disorder will be key to your success in this role;
  • Orthotics experience and an understanding of how to navigate the NDIS would be advantageous;
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills teamed with the ability to work autonomously is critical; and
  • High levels of motivation, a flexible attitude and a willingness to deliver services in a clinical and community environment are a must have.
