St. Peter’s Health Partners Medical Associates, part of the Trinity Health system, is seeking additional Outpatient Neurologists to join our growing team at St. Peter’s Neurology, located in New York’s vibrant Capital Region.
With offices in Albany and Clifton Park, this is a unique opportunity to become part of a physician-led organization with a well-established neurology department that is expanding and integrating its services. We welcome new graduates and offer a supportive environment with experienced physicians who are enthusiastic about providing mentorship. Our practice recently moved into a modern, state-of-the-art office space, designed to enhance both patient experience and provider satisfaction.
Position Details:
Monday-Friday outpatient position with a shared call rotation among providers.
An established practice with 3 full-time physicians and a team of 2 advanced practitioners: general neurology care in the outpatient office and inpatient rounding/consultation at 
Samaritan Hospital in Troy, NY.
Shared rotational call and great practice support.
Some sleep study reading is available.
Sub-specialty, MS Headache Center, and strong Hospitalist support available
Must be able to perform EMG/NCS and EEG.
Opportunities are available for specialization in neuromuscular and epilepsy on dedicated days to those with relevant expertise.
Requirements: Applicants should have the following:
Board Certified in Neurology
Fellowship training in various sub-fields welcome but not required (general care is the primary focus).
Applicants should possess excellent clinical skills, communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing excellent care that is team oriented
Applicants should desire to provide general neurological care
Recruitment Package:
Compensation is between $340,000-360,000
The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
Starting bonus: $25,000
Public Service Loan Forgiveness;

Paid malpractice, including post-SPHP employment tail coverage;
5 days of CME  time & $4,500 expense allowance;
27 days paid time away  from the practice;
403B retirement savings program with employer matching program.
Relocation assistance is available up to $25,000 if you live outside the Capital region.
