Neurology Opportunity in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Noran Neurology invites you to join a respected, physician-led outpatient practice serving the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro. With multiple new positions open due to continued growth and demand, this is a chance to tailor your schedule and subspecialty interests while maintaining a solid general neurology foundation. Practice Overview

• You'll join a private group of 18 adult neurologists, 6 pediatric neurologists, 12 APPs, and 3 neuropsychologists
• Expect a general neurology base with subspecialty volume available; EEG/EMG skills welcome but not required
• Physicians rotate between two clinic locations (Blaine, Bloomington, or Lake Elmo), with 3 days at a home site and 2 at a travel site
• Support includes on-site MRI, EEG, EMG, infusion, sleep labs, and neuropsychology across all three sites

Schedule

• Full-time (4-5 days/week) preferred; 3-day schedule available on a case-by-case basis
• Clinic hours are typically 6:30am to 6:30pm, with autonomy to tailor your own hours
• Call is phone-only and rotates 1:16 with average of 2 weekday and 5 weekend calls
• Each location averages 14-15 patients per day per physician

Compensation & Benefits

• $325,000 guaranteed base salary plus RVUs ($50 per RVU over 6,000), guaranteed for first 2 years
• Signing bonus starts at $30,000 with relocation assistance up to $15,000
• Earning potential exceeds $400,000+ based on current physician production
• 4 weeks PTO year one, 5 weeks year two, 7 paid holidays, $5,000 CME allowance, malpractice with tail, and 401(k) with match

Candidate Requirements

• Must be board-certified or board-eligible within 5 years post-training
• Open to 2025 and 2026 grads and experienced neurologists; J-1/H-1 not specified
• Subspecialists welcome, with 50% general neurology expected
• Must be willing to work at multiple clinic locations in the metro area
