You will do far more than standard exercise prescription and hands on therapy — you will work with advanced tools to understand and treat the nervous system directly, including:
-Quantitative EEG (qEEG) for brain function assessment
-Tilt Table and HRV (Heart Rate Variability) for autonomic nervous system (ANS) testing
-Videonystagmography (VNG) and Video Head Impulse Testing (vHIT) for oculomotor and vestibular assessment
-Forceplate balance testing
-Functional neurological exercise and rehabilitation programs
-Photobiomodulation (PBM)
-Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) for mood, sleep, and neurological conditions
-Vagal nerve stimulation
-The clinic is ideal for a physiotherapist who is passionate about complex neuro cases, managing the ANS, and keen to grow in the emerging field of functional neurology.
This is a role where you can learn, innovate, and be part of a multidisciplinary team.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
Comprehensive assessment and management of clients with neurological, vestibular, and postconcussion conditions.
In-house training will be provided to up-skill in technology and assessments. Your role will then evolve into designing and delivering individualised physiotherapy programs integrating functional exercise with advanced neurotechnology
Explaining complex conditions and treatment plans clearly to patients, carers, and referring clinicians.
Managing care plans, coordinating with case managers, and liaising with multidisciplinary teams and funders.
Confidently using clinic technology platforms (ehealth systems, video analysis, and outcome measures).
Contributing to a culture of evidence based, patient centred care and ongoing learning.

Requirements
You’ll Have
Full current registration as a Physiotherapist with AHPRA
Clinical experience in neurological rehabilitation (e.g. stroke, ABI, concussion, vestibular, or ANS)
Excellent communication skills – able to explain complex information clearly to patients and collaborate effectively with staff, case managers, and insurers
Strong organisational skills – comfortable managing care plans, documentation, and external liaisons
Confidence in presenting to patients and guiding them through treatment planning
A genuine interest in complex neurological conditions and how techenhanced physio can improve outcomes
Drive to learn, upskill, and grow within a clinic that values professional development
A career oriented mindset – looking for a role where you can stay long-term and advance
Experience with NDIS and SIRA is highly regarded but not required. If you are not yet SIRA registered, you will be supported through this training in your first months.
