A prestigious, multi-specialty ophthalmology group located in the affluent Los Angeles

suburb of Encino is seeking an additional full-time fellowship trained Neuro ophthalmologist/Adult Strabismus specialist. (Pediatric Ophthalmologists that perform Adult Strabismus are welcome to apply)

Our high-volume practice has been providing exceptional eye care for over 35 years. In the last 10 years we have added new physicians to our practice as our patient volume and referrals have steadily increased. Our current team comprised of 5 dedicated Full-time and Part-time ophthalmologists and over 40 staff work in a pleasant collegial office with 5-star patient satisfaction reviews.

We are expanding due to demand, and we are adding additional square footage and staff to accommodate the growth. We are looking for a hardworking, kind, and dedicated physician to find a long term home with us. We are seeking someone also with a strong surgical background who can practice at a high-level from the start.

Immediate compensation at the partnership level is available with complete optical profits. ASC buy in is also available.

Our practice is friendly, efficient, fair, and well-run with a low overhead. A scribe is provided to aid in documentation and facilitate clinic flow. This allows our physicians to concentrateon patient care.

About Us:

• Established for over 35 years in the heart of Encino, California

• Specializing in Cataract, Glaucoma, Refractive, and Oculoplastic surgery

• State-of-the-art clinic with advanced diagnostic equipment (OCT, OPTOS, ARGOS biometer, and HVF)

• Galilei topography/tomography

• Minor procedure room available at the clinic.

• 3 OR ASC with Centurion and Stellaris phaco machines, LensX femtosecond laser, Alcon Verion digital marker, ORA and instrumentation for Retina/Cornea/Glaucoma/Plastics/Strabismus as well. Located 2 blocks from the office.

• On site therapeutic treatments including Yag laser and SLT laser

• Compulink, EMR with scribing

• Over 40 dedicated team members and practice administrators

• No hospital call. Call only for our patients, less than one weekend a month

Qualifications:

Board-certified or board-eligible Ophthalmologist

This is a unique opportunity in an affluent Los Angeles suburb for an ophthalmologist who is dedicated to high quality care and a collaborative team spirit. Immediate or flexible start available. We are looking for a physician who wishes to have a long term home here in beautiful Los Angeles. Compensation will be adjusted for experience. Starting range 200k-300k.
